Q: Can you describe your coaching niche?

I am a Certified Visionary Entrepreneur coach. My passion is to aid the aspiring or seasoned entrepreneur, solopreneur, sole practitioner, and small business owner in making their business vision come alive and create dynamic harmony between life and business.

What I’ve found is that the first crucial step in making your business vision a reality is to be aligned with it and clear about it… If you aren’t subconsciously ready to create your business, all the resources, information, capital, consultants, and training is virtually obsolete. I help you get ready within, so that you can permeate that energy without.

I’m committed to walking the path with my clients, and consider it an honor and blessing to help them realize their full potential, uncover hindering blockages, and get them tapped into their amazing inner power! There’s nothing more rewarding to me than feeling my clients’ shift in energy, breakthrough & freeflow, and seeing their excitement grow as does their business!

What can I expect of you during our coaching relationship?

CONFIDENTIALITY: All our interactions (conversations, e-mail, faxes, etc.) will remain strictly confidential, meaning that I will not share any information provided by you with anyone without your express consent. The exception to this will be that, from time to time, I may use a situation from your coaching experience as an analogy in another client’s session, or in a public setting such as a newsletter or workshop. In this case I will not use your name and will refer to the situation in such a way that you will not be identifiable to others.

AVAILABILITY: You may contact me outside our scheduled sessions if you would prefer to not wait until our next session. You are encouraged to stay in touch via e-mail as this provides an accessible way for me to monitor your progress, and to add extra insights during your coaching journey.

COMMUNICATION: I will always reply to your communications within 48 hours (except when out of town or on holiday, and I will do my best to notify my clients of such dates.) Even if no specific feedback is required or necessary, I will (at minimum) acknowledge the receipt of your communications.

COMMITMENT & INTEGRITY: I keep my promises – in the way promised and the time frame promised. If, and only in extreme circumstances, I am unable to keep a commitment I will notify you of this as soon as I know of the need for a change. I will coach you at the highest standards of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and respect. As I am adamant about delivering high value to my clients, I will let you know if I feel that my involvement is not likely to make a positive difference in your life and/or business.

NONJUDGMENTAL ATTITUDE: I am not here to judge you. My position is to coach you to get the life and business results you want. As there may be times when you will share information that may make you vulnerable, I assure you that I’ll treat your choices and actions (past, present & future) with respect.

TENACITY ABOUT YOUR PROGRESS: You’ve hired me to help you grow. Therefore, I believe that some of the most valuable coaching I can deliver to you comes through the tough places you may be unwilling to visit on your own: honest feedback, challenging questions, assignments designed to challenge your comfort zones, accountability to your commitments, and an occasional, usually gentle and always with delivered with loving energy “kick in the arse”.

I work with clients to identify inner blockages and perceived limitations so they can move forward with their businesses. You’ve got to understand that the saying "as within, so without" is a Truth.
